Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how RevFusion (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit revfusion.eu or contact us. We handle your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

RevFusion is a B2B revenue consulting brand based in Rennes, France. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@revfusion.eu. Our full legal identification is available in our Legal Notice.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need:

  • When you contact us (form or email): your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
  • When you book a call via our scheduling link: your name, email address and the details needed to schedule the meeting, processed through Google Calendar / Google Meet.
  • Technical and usage data: standard information your browser sends (such as IP address and pages viewed), and cookies as described below.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange calls — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in answering you and taking pre-contractual steps.
  • To provide and improve our services and website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating our business.
  • To send you information you have explicitly asked for — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage non-essential cookies via the cookie preferences on the site and through your browser settings.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, acting on our instructions, including:

  • Shopify, which hosts our website;
  • Google, for our scheduling and meeting tools (and, where enabled, analytics);
  • our email provider, to receive and respond to your messages.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) apply.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our exchanges and a reasonable period afterwards — and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@revfusion.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

9. Contact

For any question about your personal data, contact contact@revfusion.eu.
